Observation

An Individual Care Plan is not in place for a child with severe food allergies when this licensor conducted the first part of my inspection. By 02/24/2022 these plans had been created. A child with special health needs does not have his plan completed but there is a meeting with the parent tomorrow. The ICPS have not been reviewed with staff. Dispute Description: Duplicate observation to previous under same WAC.
